The Final Ring ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online marketplace that connects people who want to sell gaming accounts (PUBG, Free Fire, and similar) with people who want to buy them. The Final Ring is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. We provide the listing, messaging, payment-commission, and dispute-reporting tools that make those transactions possible, but the contract of sale for any gaming account is between the buyer and the seller directly. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the accounts listed on the platform, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of a listing, the condition of an account, or whether either party honors their side of the deal.
Most game publishers (including the publishers of PUBG and Free Fire) prohibit selling, buying, sharing, or transferring accounts under their own terms of service or end-user license agreements. By using The Final Ring to buy or sell an account, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Final Ring charges a 20% commission on the seller's listed selling price for each completed sale. The commission is deducted as part of the standard order flow shown to sellers before they list an account, and by submitting a listing you agree to this commission being applied to any resulting sale. We may change the commission rate for future listings; the rate that applies to a given sale is the one in effect at the time that listing was created.
Most transactions go through cleanly using the order flow built into the platform (seller confirmation, credential handoff, buyer confirmation). If something goes wrong - the account details don't match the listing, credentials weren't handed over, the account was reclaimed, or anything else - either party can file a report through the in-app reporting tool on the relevant order. Our support team reviews open reports and works to resolve them, which may include mediating between the parties, requesting evidence from either side, or suspending the accounts involved while we investigate. Filing a report does not guarantee a refund, a reversal, or any particular outcome - each case is reviewed on its facts. The Final Ring is not an escrow service and does not guarantee funds or account delivery beyond the tools described above.
The following are never allowed on The Final Ring, and listings that violate these rules will be removed:
If you believe a listing is stolen or fraudulent, please report it (via the listing or order report tool, or through Contact Us) rather than purchasing it.
We may suspend or permanently disable a user's The Final Ring account, remove their listings, or withhold pending payouts, where we reasonably believe the user has:
Where practical we'll tell you why your account was suspended and give you a chance to respond, but for serious or repeated issues we may suspend an account immediately to protect other users. Suspension decisions are made by our support/admin team based on the available evidence, including reports filed through the dispute system described in Section 4.
The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that sellers will deliver what they've listed, that buyers will pay, or that any particular game account will keep working after a sale (including if a game publisher takes action as described in Section 2). To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Final Ring disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and any transaction conducted through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Final Ring and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between users, including loss of an account, loss of funds paid outside the platform's own order flow, or action taken by a game publisher against a traded account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use The Final Ring after an update means you accept the revised terms. If changes are significant, we'll try to give notice on the site.
Questions about these terms can be sent through our Contact Us page.
